 Religious Exemption Status Disclosure: St. Clare's is a child care facility operating under an exemption pursuant to the laws of the State of Florida and is not subject to licensure or regulation by the Department of Children and Families.

St. Clare Early Learning Center is part of the Diocese of St. Augustine, and under the direction of the Office of the Superintendent of Catholic Schools operating under the doctrine of the Catholic Church and in teaching the faith in union with Rome. St. Clare Early Learning Center is accredited through the Florida Catholic Conference Accreditation process and holds a valid certificate from said agency.
