St. Clare Early Learning Center began the planning phase for construction in 2018 and will open its doors to the Wildlight community and beyond in the Fall of 2020.   Deacon Scott J. Conway, Superintendent of Schools, under the direction of the Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of St. Augustine, Most Rev. Felipe Estevez, gave his approval for construction of this new site.  Deacon Conway began creating plans for the new center that would involve many of the latest educational innovations in early childhood education.

Construction began in early August 2019, and the foundation began to be poured on Date needed.
